Weekend Rate
Miners and Captains Cottages $250 per night per couple - with a first morning breakfast starter pack of bacon, eggs, cereal, bread, etc.
Minimum 2 night stay weekends - Friday and Saturday nights
Orchard Cottage $270 per night per couple - with a first morning breakfast starter pack of bacon, eggs, cereal, bread, etc.
Minimum 2 night stay weekends - Friday and Saturday nights
Weekday Rate
Miners and Captains Cottages $240 per night per couple - with a first morning breakfast starter pack of bacon, eggs, cereal, bread, etc.
Orchard Cottage $260 per night per couple - with a first morning breakfast starter pack of bacon, eggs, cereal, bread, etc.
An additional $30 per night for each extra adult and $25 per night for each extra child (applicable to the Orchard Cottage.)
Minimum two nights stay in the Captains and Orchard Cottages
Minimum three nights on long weekends, Easter and 4 nights during Christmas/New Year.
Extended stay rates available on request.
Please be aware when checking availability or booking on a mobile phone it is sometimes easier to phone us direct, as some functions are not yet mobile phone compatible.
All linen, bath towels (no beach towels), soaps, etc. are provided.
We provide pet friendly accommodation.
We are dog friendly for house trained dogs. Situated on 14 acres with off leash areas and a seasonal dam. Each cabin is not individually fenced however the Miners and Captains have an enclosed back verandah. The property is fenced with the exception of a small opening at the driveway.
Whilst all our cottages are pet friendly, never leave them locked inside the cottage while you go out - that is not pet friendly.
We ask that you do not have your dog on the beds or other furniture.
Please respect our property, should any breakages occur or repairs be necessary, please let us know.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made more than 14 days prior to arrival - full refund less $50 administration fee.
2 to 14 days - full refund less $50 administration fee (covers time and consumables)
0 to 2 days - 25% refund - 75% forfeited
We recommend travel insurance to cover your costs in the event of circumstances resulting in your cancellation.
Payment
Payment can be made by credit card online, direct bank deposit or cash (contact us for bank transfer details).
A deposit of the first nights payment is required at time of booking, balance to be paid before or on arrival.
*A child is anyone who is over one year of age or who requires a bed of their own, and is less than 16 years of age. For an infant under two years and in your own portacot there would be no additional charge. We can supply a portacot should it be required for a minimal fee of $5 per night.
